Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented 3rd year or journeymen Welder to join our dynamic custom Fabrication team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality products tailored to meet specific client needs. This role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Operate and maintain Welding equipment to produce custom products according to specifications. Collaborate with design teams to understand project requirements and ensure accurate production of custom items. Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring they meet company standards and client expectations. Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues that arise during the manufacturing process. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all safety protocols and procedure Help maintain a healthy positive work environment

Qualifications

Proven experience in manufacturing or a related field is preferred Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with team members effectively. Familiarity with safety regulations in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

Pay: $22.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42 per week
