Job Purpose: We are looking for a skilled Welder to join our team at our manufacturing plant. In exchange, we'll provide you with a great working environment, a complete benefit package and you can take your slice of our profit-sharing program.

Responsibilities:

Weld steel metal. Arranges and aligns the parts to be welded with the appropriate tools; Ensures compliance with quality standards; Sets up welding equipment and welds parts; Verify that the number of components received match the quantity that is required. Verify that welded assemblies adhere to manufacturing instructions. Put away his tools and equipment, and keep his work area clean; Performs its tasks in accordance with safety rules;

Qualifications:

DEP in Welding or equivalency with work experience; Knowledge of relative safety standards; Ability to work safely under pressure; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, complete repetitive tasks, and stand for extended periods of time; Ability to work independently with minimum supervision; Ability to lift 50 lbs; Good communication with team; Required to pass a welding test as part of interviewing process * And a huge smile when you walk in every morning!
