We are looking for:

We are looking for an experienced

Welder to join our dedicated team on the day shift (Monday-Friday, 7:00 am-3:30 pm). This role may include blueprint reading and fitting. The successful candidate will work out of our 87,000 sq. ft. facility located in Puslinch, ON.

Please note that our facility is not accessible by bus.

Primary Responsibilities:

Tack and weld dock levelers, lift tables or other material handling equipment Operate crane and other material handling equipment as needed Maintain a safe and clean work area as well as work as efficiently as possible Work in a safe manner in accordance to legislation and Company policies. This includes working in required PPE (Welding helmet, steel toed boots, hearing protection, safety glasses)

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience with MIG welding is required Experience working in a fast paced custom steel fabrication setting Ability to understand welding symbols, diagrams, and blueprints Capable of standing for extended periods of time Possess a positive attitude and work well in a team oriented environment Ability to work in fast-paced environment, continually adapting to change and work under pressure
A written mechanical aptitude test and hands on weld test will be conducted during the interview process.
