Dean Group\'s Manufacturing division is now searching for Welders.

*NO STUDENTS*

Role: Welder
Location: Kitchener, ON
Industry: Manufacturing \xe2\x80\x93 Construction fabrication

** Please note, you MUST be comfortable with very physical work**

Contract length: Contract - permanent
Wage: Depending on experience
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm - straight shifts!!

Welders main job duties:

• Welds commonly used metal and alloys of various shapes, sizes and thicknesses.
• Selects welding electrodes for specific welds
• Ability to read blueprints, fabricate and repair products
• Knowledge of Welding materials
• General Labour duties as required

What you will need to be a successful Welder:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of previous welding experience
• Possess a CWB ticket
• Strong communication skills: verbal, written and listening
• Mechanically inclined
• Extremely high attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• MUST have a positive attitude
• Willing to learn and open to new challenges.
• Ability to learn quickly
• The ability to sit, stand, bend, etc. for long periods of time
• Excellent hand eye coordination and manual dexterity
