Your Role
Performing repairs and fabrications on various makes and models of equipment. Working from layouts, blueprints, and work orders. Customizing mobile equipment or components based on customer needs. Supporting failure analysis and welding repair strategies alongside the Service Manager. Delivering safe, effective welding services in a fast-paced environment.
What You Bring
Journeyperson Welder certification, red seal is an asset. Experience working with mining or heavy equipment repairs and customizations. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and work orders. High motivation, strong work ethic, and commitment to safety. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
