Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the welder will be responsible for welding tasks (mostly GTAW - TIG) and factory assembly to support the production of valves and industrial fittings.
The following shifts are available: Evening
Main responsibilities
- Perform welding work for the manufacture and assembly of valves
- Read plans and templates for the assembly of certain parts
- Ensure the highest possible quality and conformity of parts and, if necessary, report any imperfections to the appropriate resource persons
- Maintain the cleanliness of the work area and the proper functioning of tools and equipment

Qualifications and skills
-Vocational diploma (DEP) in welding and assembly
-Good command of the company's main welding processes (SMAW and GTAW)
-Mastery of an automated process used by the company (PTA, welding robot, etc.)
-Must obtain and maintain internal qualifications associated with the company's manufactured products. Subject to qualification validation by non-destructive testing (NDT)
-May be called upon to perform other tasks related to their position
-Training required in rigging and lifting
-A practical and/or theoretical test may be required of candidates
