Overview

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding and fabrication, the ability to read blueprints and schematics would be ideal. This role requires precision and attention to detail, as you will be responsible for assembling and building various metal structures and components. A commitment to safety and quality workmanship is essential. (Wage to be determined based on experience. Welding test will be done after interview.)

Duties

Interpret and work from blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications. Assemble metal components using various welding techniques, ensuring structural integrity and quality. Utilize power tools and equipment, including calipers and forklifts, to assist in the welding process. Perform welding on ductwork and other metal structures as required by project specifications. Conduct regular inspections of completed work to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality expectations. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols during operations.

Qualifications

Proven experience in welding, with a strong understanding of different welding techniques. Proficiency in blueprint reading and schematic interpretation. Experience with power tools related to metal fabrication. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
