Job Title: Welder

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. As a Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures through the use of welding techniques. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to interpret schematics, and proficiency in using various power and hand tools.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the appropriate welding process

-Ability to read procedures, and instruction manuals

-Blueprint Reading - ability to read and interpret drawing for dimensions and weld patterns to determine quality adherence to engineering requirements.

- Operate welding equipment safely and effectively in accordance with company guidelines
- Measure and align workpieces using calipers, rulers, and other measuring devices
- Weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions
- Inspect welds for accuracy and quality control
- Perform basic mathematical calculations related to the welding process. Demonstrate ability to count, add, subtract fractions and decimals and

read a tape measure to 1/16" increment
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Skills:
- Proficiency in welding techniques
- Ability to build and fabricate metal structures
- Mechanical knowledge for understanding equipment and tools
- Familiarity with power tools used in welding processes
- Competence in using hand tools for precision work
- Understanding of basic math principles for measurements and calculations

-Stick, Mig & Tig to ASME procedures

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
