Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Weight Loss Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to promoting health and wellness, guiding clients towards achieving their personal health goals. As a Weight Loss Professional, you will work closely with individuals to develop tailored wellness plans, provide support, and motivate them on their journey to better, sustainable health.

Responsibilities

Conduct initial assessments to understand clients' health goals, lifestyle habits, and challenges. Develop personalized wellness plans that include nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle modifications. Provide ongoing face to face support and motivation through regular check-ins and progress tracking. Educate clients on healthy living practices, including nutrition, physical activity, and stress management. Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive care for clients. Maintain accurate records of client progress and adjust plans as necessary based on feedback and results.

Qualifications

The most important qualification for this position is genuine passion for helping people with a commitment to continuous learning. Highly trainable individual with the desire to learn and execute directives as assigned by the leadership of the Company. Strong communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others. General knowledge of nutrition principles, exercise science, and behavior change strategies to serve as a basis of our program training. Ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. Proficiency in using basic desktop technology. Willingness to participate in Social Media activities on the Studio page.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
