Job Summary

Perform centralized Load Control to ensure 24/7 coverage for all hubs and outstation flights.

Duties & Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Communicate with outside Airlines and Agencies via telephone, computer, two-way radios, fax, AVINET, CODECO, or via any other communication systems.

\xc2\xb7 Operate Company and Customer Airline Computer systems as required.

\xc2\xb7 Perform major load control in the manner laid down by the airline and / or Company.

\xc2\xb7 Perform weight and balance and all related duties in the manner laid down by the airline and / or Company.

\xc2\xb7 Carry and operate a radio as required.

\xc2\xb7 Any other duties associated with and/or ancillary to the job classification.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

\xc2\xb7 Able to read, write and speak English fluently.

\xc2\xb7 Able to remain calm under pressure to obtain clear information and relay same precisely.

\xc2\xb7 Have good communications skills and a working knowledge of computer, radio, telephone, telex, and fax equipment.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to write clear and concise shift reports.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to relate to Customers, Management, other employees, and other Agencies.

\xc2\xb7 Able to always present a professional image and demeanor.

\xc2\xb7 Able to obtain a radio license.
