Transporting participants to medical appointments on a regular basis.
Delivering medications and specimens to various locations in the Fredericton/Oromocto area.
Confirming that all passengers are present, and recording no-shows.
Ensuring adherence to passenger limits, both seated and standing.
Avoiding high-traffic and accident-prone routes, where possible.
Separating physical fights and calming verbal altercations, as needed.
Recording and reporting all major accidents and incidents to your supervisor.
Checking that passengers disembark at the correct destinations, and in a timely manner.
Ensuring that the shuttle is fuelled, well-maintained, and presentable at all times.
Observing all relevant traffic and safety laws.
Work in a collaborative environment in a team and also independently.
Ability to care for those who are considered vulnerable or marginalized
Optional: Transportation of Dangerous Goods Course. This will be offered once employment commences.
