Weekend Retail Associate

Overview

Teter Warm is looking for a friendly, style-focused Weekend Retail Associate to support our store during our busiest days. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping customers feel confident, offering thoughtful styling advice, and contributing to a welcoming, elevated shopping environment. You'll represent the brand on the sales floor while supporting daily store operations and visual presentation.

Along with customer-facing responsibilities, you may also assist with light visual updates and simple content that showcases our products and in-store moments.

What You'll Do

Customer Engagement & Sales

Greet customers with warmth and professionalism Offer personalized styling suggestions and product recommendations Share product knowledge, including fit, fabric, and brand story Build genuine connections through attentive, service-driven interactions Assist with inquiries in person, over the phone, and through digital channels Process transactions accurately and efficiently

Store Operations & Visual Support

Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor Assist with merchandising updates and display refreshes Prepare merchandise for the floor by steaming, tagging, and organizing Support shipment processing and stockroom organization Participate in inventory counts and general store upkeep

Brand Support & Creative Contribution

Assist with in-store events and weekend promotions Capture simple social content (Stories, Reels, short videos) featuring new arrivals or store highlights Contribute ideas that enhance the overall brand and customer experience

Team Collaboration

Work closely with store leadership to meet sales goals Share customer feedback to help improve service and merchandising Support additional store or marketing projects as needed

What We're Looking For

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor Interest in fashion, styling, and visual presentation Comfortable using POS systems and handling transactions Organized, reliable, and able to multitask Availability to work weekends; holiday availability a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
