Yaletown Massage Therapy, an RMT clinic located in the heart of Yaletown and accessible via the Yaletown Skytrain station Canada Line, is seeking a reliable weekend receptionist to join our front desk team -

we are seeking a canidate that can work on Saturdays and Sundays for a permanent position

. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be an important component in creating a welcoming and professional environment.

We are looking for an individual who is experienced in customer service and has excellent communication and organizational skills. You will be responsible for greeting our clients, answering phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments, and ensuring client records are up-to-date. Additionally, you will be required to assist our RMTs with administrative tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

:

Greet clients as they arrive and provide excellent customer service Answer phone calls and emails, and schedule appointments Maintain client records and ensure all information is up to date Process payments and manage invoices Direct bill clients extended health insurance Keep the reception area clean and tidy Wash, dry and fold laundry throughout the day

Requirements

:

Previous experience in a reception and/or customer service setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in basic computer skills JaneApp Booking Software knowledge is considered an asset Familiarity with the medical/health industry is an asset, but not required

Pay

:

$18.00-$19.00/hour

We are looking for a candidate that can work Saturday and Sunday 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM
