Are you friendly, organized, and customer-focused? We're looking for a reliable Part-Time Weekend Receptionist to join our busy massage therapy clinic in Airdrie!
Position Details:
Hours:
Saturdays: 1:00 PM - 7:30 PM Sundays: 1:00 PM - 6:30 PMKey Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients upon arrival Keep the clinic clean and welcoming Manage and adjust appointment bookings Handle laundry Process insurance claims Take payments and handle transactions Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills Friendly and professional demeanor Ability to multitask and stay organized
