Job Description
We are looking for friendly and motivated people to join our rapidly growing company. The weekend dispatcher position will be perfect for those individuals who enjoy coordinating phone calls and working in a relatively quiet office environment or at home. Successful candidates will be responsible for duties including, but not limited to:
- Answering phone calls
- Dispatching crews
- Coordinating appointments to ensure timely response for our clients
- Being the point of contact for any unexpected issues that may arise
- Light office duties where applicable
- Recording details for appointment bookings
- French not required
- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekends only
- Regina, SK S4N 2C6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
- dispatching: 1 year (preferred)
