Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic dishwasher to join our bakery team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting the kitchen staff by ensuring a clean and organized work environment, assisting with food preparation, and maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.

Responsibilities

Assist bakers and front staff in food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area by washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment. Ensure all food handling practices comply with safety standards to prevent contamination. Help with stocking supplies and ingredients as needed to keep the kitchen running smoothly. Support the team during meal service by delivering dishes to the appropriate areas. Clean kitchen surfaces, floors, and equipment regularly to maintain a safe working environment. Follow all instructions from kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or bakery kitchen is required Familiarity with food handling practices and basic kitchen operations is a plus. A strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment is essential. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. A passion for food preparation and hospitality is highly valued.
