Job Details
The building cleaner is responsible for maintaining a clean and presentable building, both inside and outside. You will be responsible for cleaning and disinfecting high-traffic areas, emptying trash, sanitizing restrooms, and keeping entrances clear.
Available Shift:
Saturday & Sunday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Responsibilities and Duties:
Cleaning lobby area, stairways, hallways, and windows. Vacuuming carpeted areas. Mopping tiled floor areas and entrances. Cleaning washrooms, gym area, and amenity rooms. Responsible for exterior walk-through and required litter pick-up.
Skills and Qualifications:
Be able to communicate in English. Be reliable and punctual. Friendly, customer-focused attitude. Able to lift 20 lbs and climb a 5ft ladder. Able to use cleaning equipment and chemicals. Open to clean light biohazard waste. Ability to use a smartphone. High school diploma or equivalent.
