Responsibilities

Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas to ensure compliance with food safety regulations. Assist in the upselling of menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Handle cash transactions accurately while providing excellent cashiering services. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and timely service delivery. Follow all food handling procedures to guarantee the safety and quality of the food served. Provide assistance to customers by answering questions about menu items and making recommendations as needed.

Skills

Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards in the food industry. Experience in food preparation or handling is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment. Ability to upsell menu items effectively while maintaining a friendly demeanor. Proficient in cashiering duties with attention to detail when handling transactions. A passion for providing excellent customer service and helping others enjoy their dining experience.
