Dance Floor Wraps is seeking an

experienced Decal/Vinyl Signage Installer

to take on a

Manager

role for our summer operations in Edmonton. If you have a strong background in vinyl installation and team management, this is the perfect opportunity for you to join our growing team!

This full-time position offers

Tues - Sun

work, with a competitive pay rate of

$18 - $30/hr

, based on experience. You will play a key role in managing the installation of vinyl wraps for event spaces, particularly focusing on custom dance floor designs and signage for events.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the installation of vinyl decals and wraps, particularly for dance floors and event signage. Manage and supervise a team of installers to ensure all projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. Oversee the preparation, application, and removal of vinyl graphics for events, working closely with event planners and clients. Coordinate logistics for vinyl materials and installation setups at various event locations. Maintain high-quality standards in all installations and resolve any issues that arise during setup. Manage inventory of materials, tools, and equipment for vinyl applications. Provide training and guidance to junior installers.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in vinyl decal/signage installation, especially for large-format projects or event spaces. Previous management or supervisory experience is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work. Knowledge of working with vinyl materials, adhesives, and tools. Ability to lift and move heavy materials (dance floors, large signage, etc.). Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
