We are looking for a website content publishing professional who is passionate about delivering outstanding online experiences. This role requires strong web publishing experience, understanding of content management tools and user experience best practices. This is a virtual role.

Responsibilities

Website content publishing: Update website content by interacting with a variety of business units.

User experience design: Choose templates and modules to create web pages based on requirements while ensuring good user experience.

Maintain website standards: Publish content that is in line with brand, business goals and objectives.

Project management: Maintain quality, consistency and timeliness on production schedules, revisions and deadlines.

Technical Skills

Advanced experience with content management systems (Adobe AEM a plus)

Knowledge of HTML and CSS and web design and layout

Understanding of web content creation and web publishing best practices

Familiarity with UX and UI best practices

Keen eye for web aesthetics and design best practices

Good understanding of content architecture, navigation and associated access issues

Understanding of website accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA)

Proficient with MS Office products and Google suite of applications

Familiarity with Adobe Workfront an asset

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and AfterEffects an asset

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of solid experience producing web content and/or working in a digital focused role

Ability to work independently while prioritizing a variety of tasks and meeting deadlines

Detail-oriented with an ability to manage multiple projects with different deadlines

Good understanding of how to leverage digital to optimize the delivery of content and communications

Ability to work under pressure within tight deadlines and able to maintain tact and professionalism

Good command of listening, reading, spoken and written English, French an asset
