Summary



Full Blast Creative is seeking a Website Account Manager to join our dynamic team at Full Blast Creative. In this role, you will oversee web development projects, ensuring they align with our clients' goals while coordinating the design and development team. This position is crucial for driving innovation and delivering high-quality digital solutions.

Responsibilities



Manage web development projects from conception to launch, ensuring timely delivery. Collaborate with designers and developers to create engaging and functional websites. Analyze website performance metrics and implement improvements based on data-driven insights. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in web development.

Key Responsibilities



Client Communication



Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the build process. Translate technical updates into plain language. Lead kickoff calls, status updates, feedback loops, and pre-launch reviews. Set clear expectations for timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities.

Internal Coordination



Create and maintain project timelines using ClickUp. Assign and follow up on tasks for design, development, and content teams. Ensure wireframes, mockups, and site maps are delivered on time and meet the brief. Coordinate QA testing, bug tracking, and launch readiness checks.

Process & Planning



Develop scopes of work (SOW), gather requirements, and build briefs. Facilitate approval workflows at each major stage: content, design, development. Identify and mitigate risks (e.g. scope creep, timeline delays, unclear feedback).

Required Skills



Deep understanding of the web development lifecycle (from discovery to deployment). Familiarity with WordPress, Squarespace, Shopify, Wix Comfortable discussing UX, responsive design, hosting, SEO basics, and browser testing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organization and time management skills , must be proactive.

Ideal Experience



3+ years in digital project management, preferably within an agency setting. Experience managing multiple web projects simultaneously. Background in marketing, content, or design is a bonus. Comfortable working with remote or hybrid teams.

Bonus Traits



Some technical literacy (can read and lightly edit HTML/CSS, understands staging vs. live). Can contribute to improving internal SOPs for repeatable project success. Familiar with Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and performance monitoring tools.

Additional Info



Full Blast Creative offers a 3 day in office, 2 day work from home hybrid schedule available following your 3 month probation. New hires will work in office for the first 3 months with the intent of learning the role and connecting with your peers. This is a client facing role which means suitable applicants must feel comfortable and confident meeting with clients either in office, online, or occasionally off site at client's location of business.
