You:

Myant is looking for a proven Front-end Web Developer with extensive Wordpress experience. The successful candidate will have intimate knowledge of digital marketing, content marketing and a solid understanding of web and app development principles. Your mission will be to lead the design and development of Myant\xe2\x80\x99s web presence and to optimize customer experience and conversion. Experience with setting up online marketing campaigns (on platforms such as Facebook, Google, Bing, Taboola, etc) as well as setting up landing pages and running split-tests and multivariate testing is also desired.

Responsibilities:

• You will work with the UX/UI team to design, develop and validate Myant\xe2\x80\x99s responsive web sites.
• Create landing pages, analyze Google Analytic data to improve site engagement and conversion rate.
• Manage Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and paid marketing campaigns.
• Write effective copy and run split-test experiments across multiple traffic sources.
• Maintain and optimize multiple online properties.

• 4-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 of WordPress experience including configuring & customizing WordPress, WP plug-ins & integrating with other tools.
• A degree or diploma in Computer Science or a related field, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Proficient in HTML(5), CSS(3), JavaScript and Responsive Design.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Liquid, Ruby on Rails & Shopify an asset.
• Understanding of content marketing tactics, such as SEO, digital advertising and social media marketing.
• Experience in managing and modifying server-side configuration and hosting platform capabilities for optimal website speed, up-time and performance
• Have a strong understanding of W3C web design / coding standards
• Basic level skills in image manipulation using Adobe Creative Suite
• Exceptional interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• Must be professional, personable, self-motivated and flexible.

• Must be able to work independently and under pressure on multiple projects.
