We need a go-to person like yourself to support our Provincial Contact Center Travel team as a Web Support Agent. Along with providing administrative support for travel products, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be responsible for staying on top of knowing all of AMA\xe2\x80\x99s products and services and promoting them to our members. You\xe2\x80\x99re a people person too, who knows everyone needs to be treated like a friend or family member.Setting: This position allows you to work from home. Given the high volume and fast pace of the role, your at-home workspace needs to be a dedicated one that is free of any distractions. You will also have access to information that must be kept confidential, so a private space is necessary to ensure the safety and security of all our members.WHAT MOVES YOU

  • You\xe2\x80\x99ve got mad skills when it comes to data entry and processing requirements in a fast-paced environment.
  • Your attention to detail is second to none. Nothing gets past your eagle eye!
  • You have strong knowledge of Travel Application Systems and Travel Products. Bonus points if you have familiarity with ClientLinq and Apollo!

WHAT YOU\xe2\x80\x99LL DO
  • Report to the Supervisor, Travel & Member Services, Contact Center
  • Assessing the needs of Travel Customers using the Contact Center booking channels (online, telephone, e-mail), and matching them to the right Travel Counsellor.
  • Provide online booking and maintenance support, including troubleshooting online booking tools.
  • Fulfill data and processing requirements and clerical support for Member Services and Travel products and services.
  • Assist with ticketing support for online bookings and Travel Counsellors.
WHAT YOU\xe2\x80\x99VE DONE
  • You\xe2\x80\x99re at least 18 years old with a high school diploma.
  • You\xe2\x80\x99re able to acquire an updated Police Information Check (PIC).
  • You have experience with application processing and data entry.
  • You have a minimum of 1-2 years in an Administrative Capacity.
  • You have a travel background with airline ticketing experience.
  • Having worked in a contact centre environment is a strong asset.
  • Your awesome attitude and genuine desire to help people is what matters most in this job.
