We are looking for a Web Designer to create stunning, functional, and SEO-friendly websites using WordPress, more specifically with Kadence Theme & Blocks. Your responsibilities will include designing user-friendly layouts, optimizing site performance, and ensuring mobile responsiveness. You'll collaborate with our SEO and content teams to deliver websites that not only look great but also help clients achieve their business goals. Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with our lead designer to design and develop responsive WordPress websites using Kadence and Elementor, ensuring adherence to best practices regarding:



Plugins we should use.

Site speed best practices.

Using SEO-friendly URLs.

Aesthetic design.

Overall build quality.

Customize themes and plugins as needed.

Address and promptly fix website issues.

Stay abreast of the latest trends and tools in web design, especially WordPress and Elementor.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience:

Proven WordPress design and development expertise, especially in Kadence and Elementor.

Technical Proficiency:

Solid grasp of website architecture and front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.

Responsive Design:

Ensure websites are functional and visually appealing across devices.

Team Collaboration:

Able to work harmoniously with our lead designer and other teams.

Continuous Learner:

Eager to stay updated with the latest in web design and development.

Experience using Notion is a plus.

Fluent English & French speaker.
