Description:
Reporting to Team Lead - Alberta Find a Doctor Program, The Analyst is responsible for maintaining and enhancing content management systems (CMS), coordinating API schema updates, and troubleshooting integration issues. The role includes monitoring system performance, supporting backend configurations, and contributing to reporting dashboards. The Analyst will also provide first-line technical support to internal users, document system changes, and assist with platform enhancements. During the transition to regional health networks, the Analyst will help redesign access roles, support data feed oversight, and ensure continuity of service. Success in this role depends on technical proficiency, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate across operational and technical teams.
