Position Purpose:

Are you someone who loves working with your hands and prefers being active rather than sitting at a desk? Do you enjoy being part of a team and thrive in a culture of performance and accountability? If so, we have the perfect job for you!


As a weaver, you'll be responsible for keeping our weaving machines running smoothly. You'll fix breaks in the strips we call tape, replace empty tape packages and ensure our woven fabric meets high-quality standards.


We're looking for someone who can balance multiple demands, make quick decisions and is comfortable around machines. This is a full time position with 12-hour shift rotations between day and night shifts. If this sounds like you, come join our team and be part of a dynamic and supportive work environment!

Principle Accountabilities

Fix breaks in the strips (weft and warp) and replace empty tape packages on the looms Keep tape packages neat by removing loose tape Other tasks like dusting the looms and sweeping the floors. Check the fabric for defects by looking at it closely Help with other tasks as needed.

Essential Skills and Experience

Entry-level position Energetic and self-motivated individual Excellent problem-solving skills Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Details

12-hour shifts 7:45 AM - 7:45 PM and 7:45 PM - 7:45 AM Set schedule that rotates between day and night shift, please note that there is no option for only day or only night shift. Full-time, permanent position, averaging 40 hours per week
