Scotia Wealth Management Private Banking offers strategic borrowing solutions and customized personal banking support for high-net worth clients. Private Bankers provide the highest level of personalized and attentive service, helping clients meet their financial goals.

The Wealth Management Associate Program is a salaried program that is aimed at developing sales and entrepreneurial-minded individuals who are looking for a career in credit-focused Banking. The program focuses on building core credit underwriting and relationship management skills.

Do you have the skills and requirements that will enable you to succeed in this role? - We'd love to work with you if:

You're completing an undergraduate or master's degree by June 2026, or you are a recent grad with less than 5 years of experience and have work experience in building client relationships and providing financial advice. You aspire to build a career as a personal Banker. You're a curious, critical thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating with others. You have a sales and relationship focused mindset. You can demonstrate an ability to influence, persuade, and build consensus as well as the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing. You're flexible and thrive in fast-paced environments. You have strong organization and time management skills and enjoy working in both team and independent settings. You value feedback and actively seek opportunities for self-development.
