Your Role:

Assist the Private Wealth Advisor in all administrative tasks related to managing client accounts. Provide superior customer service, prepare client meetings, and act as a resource person for questions related to products, procedures, and policies. Open and maintain client files in compliance with deadlines. Coordinate administrative tasks with various operational services to efficiently complete required activities. Perform diverse administrative tasks related to financial transactions. Prepare documents required for client meetings. Prepare tables, memos, letters, and various documents. Act as a resource person for clients. Keep operational and regulatory knowledge up to date. Ensure compliance with rules and risk management.

To properly serve this distinctive clientele in a high-potential market, you are part of a passionate, committed, and dedicated team. You work closely with sector members and report to the Investment Customer Services Manager, Private Wealth Management 1859.

Requirements:

Completed college diploma and two years of relevant experience or a bachelor's degree in business administration. Studies in administration or office management preferred. Customer service experience. Investment Representative license with CIRO. Knowledge of Word and Excel software. Ability to work under pressure. Autonomy, initiative, and attention to detail. Ability and interest in working as part of a team. Strong organizational skills.
