Newgen Cleaning Services is expanding in Calgary, and we are looking for reliable and experienced cleaning subcontractors to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

Perform scheduled cleaning tasks (regular cleaning, deep cleaning, move-out cleaning, carpet cleaning, post-construction cleaning, etc.) Follow required checklists and standards Provide timely updates and maintain good customer relations Ensure quality and consistency in every job

Qualifications

Proven experience in facilities maintenance, commercial cleaning, or custodial work preferred Must have your own cleaning materials Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively Good physical stamina for extended periods of standing, bending, or lifting during work shifts Reliable transportation and the ability to work independently on multiple projects Ability to maintain professionalism and quality service
