Qualifications:
- At least 3 years in a similar role where you are working with all in house made items / ingredients
- Have the ability to teach & lead a team with patience and positive support
- Able to stay calm and well organized in a fast pace environment
- Great verbal and written skills, for ordering, staff direction, recipe logs and managerial type work
- on the cusp on industry direction
- Food Safe Certificate
Responsibilities include (not limited to):
- Maintain a high level of quality and consistency with food preparation and presentation according to Chefs menu and instructions.
- Training of staff, ensuring food safety practices are followed and quality meets standards, staff scheduling
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, fridge and all other food areas
- Collaborate with Chef on new and current dishes.
- Order product and ensuring deliveries are up to standards and correct.
- Keep a high level of standards in the kitchen in regards to food, policies and business practice
After a 3 month probationary period benefits/pre-bonus will be discussed
