What You'll Do

As a Wax & Laser Technician, you'll play a vital role in delivering the Foxy Box promise of the best hair removal experience Ever. PERIOD.

Your responsibilities will include:

Service Delivery

Provide exceptional lash, waxing and laser hair removal services in a fast, efficient, and professional manner. Ensure all clients feel comfortable, confident, and heard the moment they walk in the door.

Client Engagement

Build strong, positive relationships with clients by creating a welcoming, empowering, and personalized experience. Educate clients about pre and post-treatment care and recommend appropriate products to enhance results. Actively promote and upsell services and retail products tailored to client needs.

Cleanliness & Hygiene

Adhere to all health and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment. Ensure the treatment rooms and reception area are clean, tidy, and presentable at all times. Assist with general cleaning and organization throughout the studio.

Team Support & Collaboration

Work closely with the front desk and other technicians to ensure seamless client scheduling and service flow. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up to date on techniques, products, and best practices.

Administrative Duties

Maintain detailed client records to ensures tailored customer interactions.

Retail & Inventory

Manage, receive, sort, and organize retail inventory as required.

Pay: $17.25-$18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
