What will you do:Experience every side of the business through structured rotations in Warehouse, Counter Sales, Inside Sales, Outside Sales, and Operations -- giving you a well-rounded foundation for long-term success Grow your expertise by participating in interactive training sessions, targeted workshops, and personalized mentoring that build your confidence and capability in sales Complete a blend of online and hands-on learning designed to sharpen your skills and accelerate your development Focus on what matters -- mastering the sales process, expanding your product knowledge, developing your leadership potential, and aligning your growth with our business goals Learn from the best by shadowing top-performing sales professionals and subject matter experts who will help support your journey

What will you bring:Open to potential relocation Post Secondary Diploma/Degree in a relevant discipline: Civil Engineering Business (Supply Chain/Commerce/Marketing), Trades (Plumbing/HVAC/Construction), Humanities (Psychology/Sociology) A dedication to continual learning with an aim to succeed Results-oriented attitude Strong communication and interpersonal skills Career ambitious and able to envision long term career growth Sales experience such as retail or wholesale considered an asset Any second language, not required, but an asset Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and can balance multiple priorities Must hold a valid driver's license with access to a vehicle Must be able to lift 50 lbs Steel-toed boots (reimbursable up to $200 with receipt)
