Roadtrek Inc. is currently recruiting for a

Water Spider

to join their Logistics team.

The Logistics team member, in the warehouse, will be responsible for accurately picking parts for the production line based on the scheduling sequence. This role involves ensuring the timely and precise flow of materials to the production floor, maintaining an organized and efficient workspace and playing a key role in maintaining the production schedule.

Hours are 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities/Specific Duties:



Select and prepare parts from the warehouse based on production needs and schedules, ensuring accuracy in quantities and types. Inspect parts for potential damages or defects before delivery to the production line, maintaining high-quality standards. Keep the picking area and warehouse space organized, including the proper storage of parts and materials and dispose the empties. Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies to the relevant departments to prevent production delays. Record and track picked parts using the company's warehouse management system, ensuring proper documentation and reporting. Operate a forklift or other warehouse machinery to move and store parts Work closely with warehouse and production teams to ensure smooth material flow and adherence to production schedules. Follow all safety protocols in the warehouse, ensuring safe handling of parts and equipment.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience



Secondary School Graduate or equivalent Lift Truck License an asset. Experienced with inventory control, warehouse, and picking parts is preferred. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull product weighing up to 50 lbs. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Diligent and committed team player. Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures within a manufacturing environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to interact with colleagues and external suppliers.

Pay: From $22.84 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
