Water Damage Technician Leads (WTLs)

lead the team, going wherever a burst pipe, blocked drain, sewer backup (yes, sometimes it's one of those situations) or other water-related disaster calls.

Understanding the urgency of the situation and working with customers in a caring, calm and empathetic manner are paramount to the success of a

What you bring:

A

WTL

brings a host of abilities to their work with a 'get it done!' attitude.

Additional abilities include:

Knowledge of structural drying procedures Ability to perform structural drying assessments in accordance with IICRC guidelines Ability to complete multi-unit structural drying assessments Leadership abilities and experience leading a team Experienced with all drying tools (air movers, negative air machines, pressurized drying systems, floor drying systems, dehumidifiers) Organized with a good sense of time-- you're rarely late and know where all your tools are Physically fit A safety-first mindset IICRC S500 Standard and Reference Guide for Professional Water Damage Restoration certification. Valid driver's license and a clean criminal record (we do check) Ability to communicate clearly in English, both spoken and written (dealing with Insureds, staff and management) Valid First Aid Certificate
Past industry experience that can translate into success as a WTL includes: Water Damage Manager, lead hand, or Water Damage Technician.

Other stuff that will contribute to your success but isn't required:

Knowledge of 3D Imaging

Disasters can strike at any time so a rotating schedule of 24/7 after hours on-call work is a requirement.
