Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Coffee & Water Route Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering products to our customers while ensuring exceptional service and maintaining a positive company image. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, organizational abilities, and a knack for sales through upselling opportunities during deliveries.

Duties

Safely operate delivery vehicles while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. Load and unload products, ensuring proper handling and heavy lifting as required. Communicate effectively with customers to provide excellent service and address any inquiries or concerns. Utilize strong organizational skills to manage delivery schedules and routes efficiently. Conduct sales transactions, including pricing and upselling additional products during deliveries. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including quantities delivered and customer feedback. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any logistical challenges. Use handheld software to invoice deliveries, record notes and manage equipment records. Set up equipment such as water coolers and coffee makers.
Requirements

Proven experience in commercial driving is preferred, with a valid driver's license and clean driving record. Strong customer service background with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. Familiarity with basic math skills for handling pricing and sales transactions. Ability to handle heavy lifting (40 lbs for most of the day) as part of daily responsibilities, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. Must pass a drug and alcohol test. Fort McMurray-based. Air brakes required.
