An active
IICRC Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT)
certification and proficiency with
Xactimate estimating software (XM8 Level 1 or 2)
are
required
for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all phases of water mitigation and clean up projects, from emergency response and assessment through to final completion.
Coordinate and supervise field technicians and equipment to ensure efficient and high-quality job execution.
Perform on-site inspections to assess the extent of water damage, establish mitigation plans, and document all findings.
Prepare accurate project estimates, job scopes, and change orders using
Xactimate
software.
Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, property managers, and internal teams to ensure timely updates and transparency throughout the project.
Ensure compliance with
IICRC
standards, safety regulations, and company operating procedures.
Maintain thorough job documentation, including moisture readings, drying logs, photos, and progress reports.
Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
Participate in the on-call rotation for emergency water loss response as required.

Minimum
3-5 years
of experience in water mitigation, restoration, or related construction project management.
Strong knowledge of structural drying principles, water extraction techniques, and building materials.
Experience working with insurance carriers and claim documentation.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
Valid G-class driver's license and clean driving record.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call emergencies.
