The Luxury Watch Sales Specialist Position with Harmony Jewellers, established in 1975, offers an opportunity to develop expertise in high-end watch sales, customer service, and digital technology adoption. Responsibilities will include serving as the first point of contact for watch inquiries, managing trade-ins and inventory, re-ordering branched watches, maintaining visual merchandising, and handling both online and in-store sales and displays of luxury and pre-owned watches.

What we will teach you to do:


Become the first point of contact for Sales Team for watch inquiries. Buy new watches on trade from customers, with guidance from Watch Team Lead. Re-order branded watches (Tissot, Citizen, Rado, etc. on a biweekly basis, order monthly, create written process for ordering). Maintain visual merchandising in store for brand awareness of luxury pre-owned watches and branded watches in watch showroom. Respond to pre-owned luxury watch inquiries, sales, and inventory through online and in-store inquiries. Set up and take down watch displays daily. Manage pre-owned luxury watch micro site (project). Oversee watch service which involves: + Daily processing of watch batteries. + Undertake simple watch repairs, such as replacing batteries, and watch straps.
+ Contact customers with estimates from outside watch makers.
+ Monitor turnaround time and delivery on all watch service.
+ Process all incoming and completed Watch Service in contact with outside service departments.
+ Responsible for pricing watch services with appropriate profit margins.
Online account: monitor watch sales, prepare watches for shipping and delivery for e-sales coordinator. Attain watch sales KPI's set by Watch Team Lead. Assist watch sales associates with any concerns or problems concerning watches. Assist sales associates in closing watch sales. Follow and exemplify the Harmony Way of Selling, delivering superior customer service. Undertake continuous learning to increase expertise in new and used luxury watches. Responsible for uploading Daily Instagram Content both "Harmony Jewellers Watches" and Harmony Jewellers Ltd. in collaboration with watch expert (training from marketing coordinator).

Store Responsibilities


Refer customer complaints related to watches to Watch Team Lead or Owner. + Opening / closing store duties. + Second point of contact when customers walk through the door, for all sales departments on sales floor, second to watches.
+ Participate in monthly sales meetings with sales associates.
+ General maintenance of sales floor.
