Your days will include:

Shift Varies: 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM, Monday-Friday

Managing Wash Bay Staff including employee relations, WCB matters, and injury reports. Scheduling personnel shifts and coordinating equipment shunting. Ensuring timely and accurate washing and baking of trailers. Reassembling trailers and equipping them for the next load. Adhering to Standard Operating Procedures and Biosecurity Protocols. Collaborating and communicating with Dispatch and Maintenance. Scheduling and invoicing for washes, updating wash lists, reporting, and performing general maintenance.

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

High school diploma preferred Supervisory experience preferred 1-2 years of Wash Bay experience Strong communication skills Exceptional organization and self-motivation Ability to work independently and be an effective team player
