We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Care Manager to lead our customer service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences, managing service operations, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This contract position may transition to a full time/permanent role.
Duties
Oversee daily customer service operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
Analyze customer feedback and service metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Manage projects related to customer service initiatives and enhancements.
Negotiate with vendors and partners to improve service offerings.
Collaborate with other departments to align customer care strategies with overall business objectives.

Proven leadership abilities
Excellent communication skills in English
Strong analytical skills to assess performance metrics and implement improvements.
Exceptional customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction.
Project management experience to effectively oversee initiatives from conception to execution.
Ability to negotiate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Possess a complete and comprehensive knowledge of Tarion Warranty Statutes and timeline periods.
Schedule in-suite inspections
Report, schedule, and track all deficiency service with trades.
Liaise with site supervisors on deficiency scheduling, progress, and completion
Review and respond to all homeowner questions.
