Submit, track, and follow up on warranty claims to manufacturers or third-party warranty companies.
Documentation Review:
Review repair orders to ensure all required documentation, parts, and labor operations are properly recorded for claim submission.
Compliance Checking:
Ensure that repairs fall within manufacturer or extended warranty guidelines and policies.
Coordination with Technicians and Service Advisors:
Communicate with service personnel to clarify repairs and ensure accurate documentation.
Record Keeping:
Maintain organized records of all warranty transactions, denials, and payments for audit purposes.
Payment Reconciliation:
Reconcile warranty credits and payments with dealership accounting departments.
Training & Updates:
Stay current with manufacturer bulletins, updates, and changes in warranty procedures. Assist cash office and service tower duties in busy periods and cover breaks and holidays
Skills Required
