Warehousing & Shipping Associate
to join our team and help us deliver happiness nationwide.
What You'll Do
Fulfill Orders:
Accurately pick, pack, and prepare gift boxes for shipment, ensuring every order meets our quality and presentation standards.
Inventory Management:
Receive, organize, and restock incoming products; track inventory levels and report discrepancies.
Shipping & Logistics:
Print labels, schedule pickups, and coordinate with shipping partners (e.g., Canada Post, UPS, FedEx) to ensure timely deliveries.
Quality Control:
Inspect products and packaging for defects or inconsistencies to maintain premium quality standards.
Warehouse Organization:
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment; assist in optimizing layout for efficiency.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the operations and curation teams to ensure smooth workflow during busy seasons.
Special Projects:
Support corporate gifting and large-volume fulfillment initiatives, especially during holidays and peak gifting seasons.
What We're Looking For
Experience:
1-2 years in warehouse, shipping, or fulfillment roles (experience in e-commerce, retail, or gifting is a plus).
Attention to Detail:
You take pride in precision -- from folding tissue paper perfectly to matching products to packing slips.
Reliability:
You're punctual, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements:
Comfortable lifting boxes up to 40 lbs and standing for extended periods.
Tech Skills:
Familiarity with shipping platforms (e.g., ShipStation, Shopify) is a plus.
Mindset:
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine belief in spreading happiness through your work.
