Job Description

SUMMARY



Support the warehouse manager and coordinate the shipping & receiving activities and delivery schedules. Other responsibilities will include assigning tasks and supporting the manager with many administrative / office tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES



Prepare documentation for the shipping, receiving and production departments

Coordinate deliveries with our trucks or outside carriers

Ensures that all required documentation is completed

Verify products and validate against packing slip, purchase orders or waybill

Prepare inventory reports

Ensure that work orders are completed in a timely fashion

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS



High School Diploma

Experience in a distribution / manufacturing environment

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to create logically ordered objectives

Intermediate to advanced Excel skills

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
