motivated, reliable individual

to take on a

full-time, hands-on leadership role

in our

Campbell River

location.

Position:

Warehouse, Delivery & Operations Lead

Hours:

35-40+ hours/week (some evenings & weekends required)

Location:

1360A Homewood Rd, Campbell River

What You'll Be Doing:

Overseeing daily warehouse operations

, including inventory flow and cleanliness

Managing and training seasonal staff

for warehouse and delivery roles

Coordinating and preparing intimate to large-scale rental orders

for events across Vancouver Island & the Gulf Islands

Maintaining and repairing rental equipment

, ensuring it's clean, functional, and event-ready

Delivering and installing rental items

, including tents, tables, and more (training provided) Ensuring accurate warehouse reports and documentation

What We're Looking For:

Strong leadership and organizational skills Experience with equipment care, maintenance, and minor repairs Ability to lift and handle heavy items (this is a physical role!) A clean, incident-free driving record (required) Excellent customer service and communication skills Dependability, maturity, and the ability to take initiative
