Job Description

You will be DNOW's front line of contact with our customers giving you the opportunity to build strong relationships and showcase your attention to customer service. A strong work ethic and a sense of community involvement shows that you care, you do what it takes, and you're accountable.

What you will bring:

Valid Class 5 Driver's License and acceptable Driver's Abstract. Forklift experience is preferred. Previous warehouse and customer service experience is an asset. Personal organization and life management Must be able to pass pre-employment testing (Drug, alcohol, and fitness to work)

What you will do:

Provide premiere customer service internally and externally. Pick sales and stock orders and prepare for shipment or delivery. Prepare, process, and maintain records and paperwork for orders and shipments. Lifting, lowering, and carrying packages that typically weight of 35 lbs. Participate in physical inventory including communicating on discrepancies. Load, unload trucks, and receive stock while ensuring orders are correct. Deliver and pick up materials in a timely manner to designated sites. Process order information in our internal system timely. Maintain a safe and sanitary warehouse and perform various housekeeping duties. Demonstrate safety, accuracy, and attention to detail while following DNOW safety policies and procedures. Be an effective team player, and able to work independently, along with the willingness to take on challenges in a rapidly growing and dynamic environment. Maintain delivery vehicles to ensure safe operation of vehicle.
