Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Warehouse/Driver to join our team. This role involves operating heavy equipment, managing warehouse distribution tasks, and ensuring efficient shipping and receiving operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with warehouse management systems, heavy equipment operation, and a strong understanding of safety protocols. Duties

Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse Manage warehouse distribution processes including order picking, packing, and order fulfillment Perform shipping and receiving tasks accurately and efficiently Conduct heavy lifting and manual handling of goods to ensure proper storage and shipment Assist with construction or manufacturing-related tasks as needed Deliveries to customers via sprinter van Maintain safety standards during all operations, including the use of heavy equipment and machinery Ensure proper packaging of products for shipment or storage Load and unload trucks safely while adhering to company policies

Qualifications

Proven experience in warehouse operations, distribution, or manufacturing environments Valid certification for operating forklifts, reach trucks, cranes, or other heavy equipment preferred Mechanical knowledge related to equipment maintenance and troubleshooting is a plus Min 25 y/o, valid drivers lic, and clean drivers abstract Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in order picking and packaging processes Experience with shipping & receiving procedures Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and best practices Construction or heavy equipment operation experience is advantageous Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and safety standards
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
