Whitehorse Beverages (WBD)Job Opportunity: Warehouse Worker/Delivery DriverLOCATION: Whitehorse, YTPOSITION STATUS: Full Time, PermanentPOSITION SUMMARY: Reporting directly to the management team of Whitehorse Beverages (WBD), the Warehouse Worker/Delivery Driver is primarily responsible for building orders accurately for distribution throughout the territory. This position will also be responsible for coverage for the Delivery Driver position during times of absenteeism.QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid class 5 driver's license with a clean drivers abstract
- Basic handwriting and math skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external bodies
- Must be able to repetitively lift & maneuver up to 60lbs
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team
- Excellent customer service skills
- Prior warehouse experience preferred
- Experience using warehouse equipment (forklift & power jack) considered an asset
