is seeking a Warehouse Worker for our Westlock location.

About The Role:

Our unionized Warehouse Worker provides exceptional customer service and optimizes inventory movement.

Responsibilities:

Handle product movement and customer service

by loading feed, receiving orders using a forklift, and assisting customers with their pickups and inquiries

Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and yard

through general housekeeping duties, restocking feed in the Mill Store, and managing the outdoor compound

Support inventory management

by assisting with regular stock counts

Ensure an efficient and safe workspace

by collaborating with team members to maintain workflow and adhering to all safety and organizational standards

Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment

, managing multiple tasks and contributing to a positive, customer-focused operation

Skills and Expertise

Qualifications:

Agricultural industry experience is an asset Physically capable of lifting 25 kgs feed bags Demonstrated commitment to customer service Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment Great organizational skills Forklift experience is an asset

Expectation from the Role:

This is a full-time role, Monday-Friday (8am-5:30pm) with occasional Saturdays Ability to regularly bend, twist, climb ladders, open/close lids and stand for extended periods Comfortable working in a dusty, noisy, and variable-temperature environment Use of personal protective equipment (e.g., hard hat, safety boots, etc.) as required Capable of operating equipment and working at heights when required
