Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Warehouse Worker to join our team. The Warehouse Worker plays a crucial role in maintaining inventory levels within the organization. This position involves ensuring that stock is accurately recorded, organized and readily available for distribution. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service while effectively communicating with team members.

Responsibilities

- Receive incoming stock, verify accuracy and store it in the appropriate location
- Carefully pick and pack customer orders, ensuring accuracy and proper packaging for shipment
- Regularly clean and sanitize office
- Ensure a clean and safe work environment

- Yardwork - shovelling snow, cutting lawn, weed control

- Taking recycling cardboard to community drop sites

- Annual inventory count/audit

Qualifications

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain efficiency Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with clients and team members Attention to detail for maintaining an accurate inventory Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues Ability to work independently and as part of a team Demonstrate integrity, honesty and reliability in all tasks and interactions Physically strong and healthy - able to lift 50lbs Prior experience in a warehouse setting preferred, but not essential Experience with operating a forklift an asset, but not essential

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
