Responsibilities



Safely operate various warehouse equipment including reach trucks, forklifts, cranes, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility. Manage inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners to accurately track stock levels and locations. Perform stock replenishment, stocking, and order picking activities to fulfill customer orders efficiently. Assist with packaging products securely for shipment while adhering to safety standards and OSHA regulations. Conduct shipping and receiving duties by verifying inbound and outbound shipments against documentation such as AS400 systems. Support warehouse distribution operations by loading and unloading trucks, organizing materials for easy access, and maintaining a clean work environment. Implement inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies and optimize stock accuracy through regular cycle counts. Operate heavy equipment with mechanical knowledge for materials handling tasks in manufacturing or construction-related settings. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to ensure compliance with safety protocols and improve operational workflows. Maintain detailed records of all warehouse activities including incident reports, shift logs, and inventory adjustments.

Requirements



Proven warehouse experience with familiarity in inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping & receiving, and stocking procedures. Valid certification or experience operating reach trucks, forklifts, cranes, pallet jacks, or other heavy equipment preferred. Mechanical knowledge related to materials handling equipment is highly desirable. Strong physical stamina capable of heavy lifting and performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of OSHA safety standards to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues. Prior experience with warehouse supervision or leadership roles is a plus but not mandatory. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate order picking and packing. Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
