Position: Warehouse Talent Trainee / Entry-Level Logistics Associate

No experience required - recent graduates are welcome!

Responsibilities:

Participate in

rotational training

across different departments:

Inbound

: receiving, scanning, shelving

Picking

: order fulfillment, inventory handling

Packing

: labeling, wrapping, preparing for shipment Understand end-to-end warehouse operations Work as part of a collaborative team to meet operational goals Perform tasks efficiently, safely, and accurately
Language Requirement:

Mandarin speaking is required/preferred

(choose based on actual need)
Many of our team members and internal systems operate in Mandarin. Candidates who can communicate in Mandarin will be better supported during onboarding, training, and team collaboration.

Who We Are Looking For:

Young professionals or new grads interested in logistics or supply chain Mandarin-speaking candidates preferred (required if applicable) Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to learn Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment Long-term interest in growing into management roles
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.20-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
